Pass also opponent time to think()
...
This patch modifies think() signature to accept
also opponent time. This is needed for future
changes to time managment.
Still no functional change.

Teach Benchmark to read positions from a file

This comes handy to test the engine on different
sets of positions, not only the 15 default ones.
